xv) ''Policy Decisions'' mean decisions taken in the Full Commission
Meeting by the Commission to lay down detailed procedure for various
activities/proceedings of the selection process and matters
consequential, incidental and ancillary thereto.
xvi) ''Presiding Member'' means a Member of the Commission nominated
by the Chairman to preside over an Interview Committee.
xvii) ''Requisition'' means a requisition received from an Administrative
Department for purposes of selection to various posts.
xviii) ''Test'' includes written examination, psychological test, appraisal of
record, interview and viva voce.
