How Can a Candidate Submit Application Fee?

ANSWER :

Candidate can deposit Fee while applying online through PSID using following mediums only.
- ATMs
- Mobile Phone Banking
- Internet Banking
- Over the counter (be visiting nearest 1Link Member Banks Branches)
- Microfinance Banks (JAZZ Cash, Easy Paisa, U Paisa and other microfinance banks)

Who are Exempted from Application Fee?

ANSWER :

Candidates with disabilities and PPSC employees are exempted from application fee for both Competitive Examination and one paper MCQ test.

On what grounds can a candidate claim for adjustment of Application/Examination fee?

ANSWER :
|
After induction of e-pay system, If the requisition is withdrawn by the administrative department, the fee paid by the candidate will automatically be adjusted by the system during the next immediate online apply within one year (starting from the date of withdrawal of post) of such candidate.

Can I apply for more than one post against any job advertisement of PPSC. If yes, than in this case what is the fee procedure?

You can apply for more than one post, however, it is mandatory to deposit separate requisite fee against each post.

What is PSID Number? From where and how can I get PSID Number?
|
ANSWER :
|
Payment System Identifier (PSID) number is a 17-digit unique number required to perform a payment transaction and it is generated automatically by the system at the fee payment step. Applicant is also informed through Email and SMS intimation regarding PSID generation from the EPay Punjab.

I have paid the fee successfully. Whether my application has been submitted?

ANSWER :
|
Fee payment doesn't mean that your application has been submitted. Instead, submission of application requires more phases to be completed after the payment of fee. In case your session has ended or expired, you may continue your application by navigating to the Jobs Page, selecting the post applying for and entering the CNIC Number.

What is the procedure after the payment of fee?

Click the "Next" button at the payment page to proceed your application. In case you have left the PPSC Website or your session has ended / expired, you may continue your application by navigating to the Jobs Page, selecting the post applying for and entering the CNIC Number.

Question No. 9:

I want to apply for multiple posts. Can I use the same PSID Number for each post?

ANSWER :
|
PSID Number will be different for each post. If you want to apply for multiple posts, you are required to get PSID Number and pay requisite fee for each post separately.

Question No. 10:

How do I know if my payment is successful?
|
ANSWER :
|
You will receive an Email and SMS intimation by the EPay Punjab regarding the successful payment transaction. You will also receive a post payment Email and SMS Intimation by the PPSC asking to resume and submit your application.

I paid my fee successfully but system generated new PSID Number when I resumed my application.
|
ANSWER :
|
In case, you resumed your application and new PSID Number is generated after the payment of fee, please review your CNIC Number and post name as application will resume only if CNIC Number and post name are the same as entered before the payment of fee.

I paid the fee successfully but unable to resume my application as system is not proceeding further.

ANSWER :

If you have successfully paid the fee but system is not proceeding further, please contact your respective payment channel / bank helpline through which you have made the payment so that your payment status may be updated in the system.

There is no option of PPSC in easy paisa or any other app then how we pay fee?
|
ANSWER :
|
Fee may be paid using any option under Government Payments (Punjab) (i.e. e-Abiana / Excise & Taxation / Punjab Cotton fee / Punjab Mutation Fee etc.). You are advised to review your payment details after entering your PSID Number at the application before proceeding for payment.

How can i refund fee?

Fee will not be refunded in any case. So, please make sure that you have reviewed your CNIC, Post, qualification, eligibility and other related information before the payment of fee.

Whether any proof for fee payment is required at the day of exam or interview?
|
ANSWER :
|
You may keep the printout of fee payment for your own record. It is not mandatory at the day of exam or interview.
